3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Do not share your account details with any third party.
3.2 Account Verification
77dac may at any time request identity documents, proof of address and payment method verification documents as part of the KYC process. Verification may be required to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
77dac may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- If any provision of these terms is violated
- If false identity or information is proven to have been provided
- If required to comply with legal obligations
Users may also close their own account at any time by notifying our support team.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits on the 77dac platform are accepted via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
All deposits must be made using the payment method registered to the account. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus you must place ৳25,000 worth of bets before withdrawing. There is a specific time limit within which the wagering requirement must be met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can be used only once
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted
- If bonus abuse is detected the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided
- 77dac reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.4 VIP Program
77dac has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Advancement to a higher tier is based on consistent activity and engagement with the platform. VIP cashback is considered a separate promotional offer and its own terms apply.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
77dac is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in every game. Our platform uses software from verified game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology keeps the results of all games impartial.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical problem occurs during a game session, 77dac reserves the right to cancel that session and return the deposit. There is no obligation to honor incorrect balances or winnings displayed due to a technical error.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical outages
- Delays or failures by third-party payment providers

Under no circumstances will the total liability of 77dac exceed the actual balance deposited in your account.

11.2 Termination of Service

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, it will be settled through the applicable legal process.
